Springtime Hookah Mix™
Spring is here and what better way to celebrate than with roses and apples (alright there are better ways, most involving the gluttonous appeasement of animalistic urges, but this is definitely the best way to celebrate with a Hookah, Shisha, Nargile, Gelyoun, or Hubbly Bubbly). This recipe is light and refreshing and it’s one of the few recipes that actually works well during the day or night, and in the heat or cold. Also please note that this is one of the only recipes I will write that involve the use of Double Apple Hookah Tobacco (one of my least favorite Hookah Tobaccos, but for some reason it works brilliantly in this recipe) so if you’re a Double Apple freak, you’ll want to memorize this one.
Ingredients
3/4 Head Double Apple Hookah Tobacco
1/4 Head Rose Hookah Tobacco
Ice
1-2 Green Apples
1/4 Cup Rose Water
(Optional Rose Petals)
(Optional 1-2 Cups White Wine)
Instructions:
Fill 3/4 of the Hookah Head with your favorite Double Apple Hookah Tobacco and 1/4 with your favorite Rose Hookah Tobacco. Make sure you don’t pack too tight, try to feather the Hookah Tobacco and mix it so you have a uniform spread throughout.
Once your’e done packing the Hookah head fill the base with ice until it’s approximately 3/4 full and then pour in 1-2 cups of White wine (if you like) and add in 1/4 cup of Rose Water.
Finally, cut one or two Apples into small wedges and put them in the base. At this point, you can add in some Rose Petals if you like both for added aroma and also to add a romantic flair if your going to unleash this Cloud on a romantic outing, like a picnic or beach, with that certain someone; have no coal, afraid of burning down the forest? Don’t worry, Sparx is coming!
But I digress. At this point, you should test the flavor by taking a puff without any coal on the head. It should literally taste like Spring just caressed your tongue; so so nice!
Enjoy this one and let me know how it works out for you. As always email me if you have any trouble or questions.
